Temporary Closures for COP26

Kelvin Hall will be temporarily closed to the public from the 28th October until the 1st November inclusive.

Glasgow Club

To support the delivery of COP26 a small number of Glasgow Life venues will temporarily close. This includes Kelvin Hall and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

In other reopened Glasgow Life venues it will be business as usual. For more information, including dates for the temporary closure and the venues this relates to, please visit the Glasgow Life COP26 Update page here

The National Library of Scotland at Kelvin Hall

Due to COP26 and other potential access issues, the National Library of Scotland at Kelvin Hall will be closed from 28th October until 6th November inclusive. We are planning to reopen on 9th November and will provide an update on our social media channels nearer the time.

Meanwhile we encourage you to visit www.nls.uk for digital collections and https://movingimage.nls.uk/ for thousands of clips and full-length films you can view from home. Ask The National Library of Scotland about their collections and services at https://auth.nls.uk/contact/ask-a-question/
